Win-Win Fundraisers
in Action

Step-by-Step:

  1. Charitable Artists and the Charity agree on a Memo of Understanding

  2. The Call for Art is announced to Artists

  3. Artist selects artwork, sets minimum starting bid and value

  4. Uploads 3–4 images of each work and delivery details

  5. Charity reviews submissions and makes final selections

  6. Auction is promoted by Charity, Charitable Artists, and Participating Artists

  7. Winning bidder receives artwork directly from artist

  8. Net proceeds split: 50% Artist / 30% Nonprofit / 20% Charitable Artists
